<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT # <br /> <br />AGREEMENT, dated , 1998, between the City of Roseville, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation (herein referred to as "CITY"), and Mendota Homes, Inc., a <br />Minnesota corporation (herein referred to as "DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br />1.0 Effective Date of Agreement <br /> <br />This agreement shall be effective upon completion of all of the following: 1) passage and <br />publication of Ordinance # (Rezoning of Property to PUD); 2) execution of this <br />agreement by the CITY; and 3) recording of the final plat and this agreement with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />The standards listed herein have been adopted as a portion of Ordinance #_' <br /> <br />2.0 Request for Planned Unit Development and Plat Approval <br /> <br />The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />(PF#2891) consisting of a three-story 30 unit condominium building on 2.8 acres. In <br />conjunction with the PUD, the DEVELOPER has also asked the CITY to approve the plat <br />for Roseville Commons, a one-lot subdivision. The subject property is generally located <br />south of County Road C2 and northwest of Highway 88, and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The plat of Roseville Commons, also legally described as that part of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter located Northwesterly of <br />Highway 88, except the West 330.4 feet thereof, in Section 5, Township 29, <br />Range 23 (PIN 052923320081). <br /> <br />3.0 Planned Unit Development and Plat Approval <br /> <br />The CITY hereby grants approval of the final development plan for Roseville Commons <br />Planned Unit Development, subject to the DEVELOPER's compliance with the terms and <br />conditions of this agreement. The CITY also grants approval of the plat for Roseville <br />Commons. The CITY agrees to approve applications for building permits, provided that <br />said plans are consistent with the exhibits which were approved at the concept and final <br />stage of the Planned Unit Development process, and all of the standards and conditions <br />of this agreement have been satisfied. <br /> <br />PUD/Subdivision Agreement #_ (Mendota Homes, Inc.) - Page 1 of 10 <br />
