<br />The building, itself, is a three story brick and stucco building lhat contains 30 <br />homes. l11ere are 2S two bedroom, two bath homes, and five one bedroom, one <br />bath homes. "lhese 30 units aU feature many windows, patios, and deck <br />accessible [rom the living room and bedroom area, The floor plans are open and <br />airy with pleasant kitchens and individual laundry facilities. <br /> <br />The building has an underground parking garage and elevator. There is a front <br />entry located in the center of the building which will be the focal point as you <br />pass the building on Highway 88. 1he main entrance lobby and community <br />room are on the main floor with exercise facilities on the second and third floors <br />above the entry. There is also a second entry on the north side of the building <br />directly adjacent to the parking lot for visitor convenience. <br /> <br />Traffic will enter and exit off County Road C2 which we believe will have a <br />traffic light.
