The organizers feel <br />they have created goodwill in the neighborhood and have had no neighborhood <br />complaints. <br /> <br />~rgested Council Action <br /> <br />By motion, approve the 1997 spring YMCA Sale/Promotion at 1170 West County Road <br />B, with set-up to occur from May 8th - May 13th, and the sale to occur from <br />Wednesday, May 14th through Sunday, May 18th, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and <br />approve outside storage of sales materials. <br /> <br />The organizers should be encouraged to use the Lexington/B Park parking lot to <br />provide safer off-street parking. The organizers should offer to meet with neighbors to <br />expl~iin the spring sale and reduce inconveniences that may occur during this period. <br /> <br />As in past years, the staff will send notice to property owners along County Road B. <br /> <br />Attac:hed is the formal request letter of March 31st.
