<br />August 28, 1997 <br /> <br />NOTICE TO CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNERS: <br /> <br />In aGcordance with City Council directive, you are hereby notified that at the City <br />Council meeting of Monday, August 25, 1997, the City Council approved a Special <br />Garage Sale Promotion Permit, requested by the YMCA, 1170 W. County Road B, <br />Rosleville. <br /> <br />The sale will be held on Wednesday, September 17 through Sunday, September 21, <br />199J, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. The YMCA anticipates set-up will <br />occur three to six days prior to the sale. <br /> <br />The City Council provided that no parking would be permitted on the north side of <br />County Road B during sale hours, subject to Ramsey County approval. The Council <br />encouraged the YMCA to sign and use the Lexington/B Park parking lot to provide <br />safer off-street parking and they were also encouraged to meet with you to reduCie any <br />inconvenienCie to you during this period. <br /> <br />Dennis P.
