No. <br />[PF2895] <br /> <br />Dear John and Diane: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the City Council, at their meeting of <br />Monday, June 9th, unanimously approved your request for a minor variance to reduce <br />the front yard setback along the unimproved Dellwood Avenue North to 16.5 feet for the <br />purpose of constructing an addition to the existing dwelling at 1270 Josephine Road <br />North, based on the findings of the Minor Variance Committee on June 2nd. <br /> <br />This Council action finalizes the formal approval needed for the setback so you may <br />now proceed to get the necessary building permits to construct your addition.
