<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, <br />the 17th day of December, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />The following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9970 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO DISTRIBUTE A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION DECISION ON NEED FOR <br />A VOLUNTARY ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET <br />SOLUTIA PUD AMENDMENT (PF 3338) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Voluntary Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) was prepared for <br />the Solutia project to provide for a PUD amendment of an additional 15,240 square feet to the <br />total building area of the 47 -acre Centre Pointe Business Park Planned Unit Development, on an <br />existing 61,000 square foot lot (Lot 3, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business park 2nd Addition) to <br />construct at 2 story, 21,240 square foot office building in lieu of a one story, 6,000 square foot <br />sit-down style restaurant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Voluntary Environmental Assessment Worksheet was distributed to all <br />parties included in the EA W distribution list, as well as those required to be included pursuant to <br />the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) regulations; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, three comments (Metropolitan Council, MnDOT and MnPCA) were <br />received and considered by the City ofRoseville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseville <br />hereby adopts the Findings for the Voluntary Environmental Assessment Worksheet on the <br />Solutia project; and <br /> <br />PF 3338 - RCA (12/17/01) - Page 1 <br />
