<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />adopts the written responses (staff report 12/17/01) prepared in response to the comments <br />received on the Solutia Voluntary Environmental Assessment Worksheet; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville has <br />reviewed the entire Record of Decision prepared for the Solutia project; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that based on all information gathered during the EA W <br />process, comments received on the EA W, and additional information created and obtained in <br />response to comments made on the EA W, that while additional permits may be required, the <br />Solutia project does not have the potential for significant environmental effects and an <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will not be prepared; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />authorizes the distribution of a negative declaration on the need for an EIS to all parties included <br />in the Voluntary EA W distribution list and to all persons that commented in writing during the <br />review period. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Klausing, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Goedeke, Kysylyczyn, Maschka, and Klausing. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />PF 3338 - RCA (12/17/01) - Page 2 <br />
