Lee V". <br /> <br />I have been a citizen of Roseville for almost 40 years and I'm wondering what I pay taxes for. <br />I am so disGlusted with the City of Roseville, first I paid the $25.00 minor variance fee to be <br />insulted and was treated so badly by you Ms Lee and Doug Long, you said in a smart tone of <br />of voice that you could tell me right now that they would not approve my variance for my driveway, <br />and Mr. Doug Long said I didn't need that extra parking place because I was alone, which is none <br />of his busioess, his remarks were tlA little birdie told him and he wouldn't tell anybody I was <br />alo09". Which for a City employee is not very smart at all. <br />I also found out that two of my neighbors can leave their driveways the way they were because <br />of a tree in 1front of them and that i$ a considered a hardship, well if I extend my driveway up to <br />the length that the City wants, according to a landscaping company I will need a retaining wall, <br />(HARDSHIP) and how come the two neighbors have to pay $75.00 when I have to pay $200.00 <br />if I pursue this further according to Kim Lee's letter <br />I should get an attorney and I'm sure I couJd win and keep my driveway like is was for 40 years. <br /> <br />A very distutl>ed and disgusted Citizen of RoseviUe <br /> <br />J71~~ cr~ <br /> <br />Marion A.
