Your request was not unanimously <br />recommended for approval by the Minor Variance Committee; therefore, the request was <br />not forwarded to the City Council for action. <br /> <br />WhilE~ the request was not approved through the minor variance procedure, you do have <br />the option of requesting a variance through the normal variance procedure. If you choose <br />this option, your minor variance application fee of $25 will be applied to the normal <br />varinace application fee of $200.
