The meeting will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Community <br />Development Conference Room at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />If the request is unanimously recommended for approval by the Committee, the request <br />will bE:) placed on the April 28, 1997, City Council agenda. If the request is not unanimously <br />recommended for approval by the Committee, the request will not be forwarded to the City <br />Council; however, Ms. Bies will have the option of requesting a variance through the <br />regul,ar variance procedure. <br /> <br />You are welcome to attend both the Minor Variance Committee meeting and the City <br />Council meeting.
