The City Engineering
Department has examined all driveways for code compliance and existing and proposed grades.

The City ofRoseville requires that all driveways be brought into compliance with City Code
during a pennanent street upgrading. Driveways must be a minimum of five feet from
neighboring property lines and extend a minimum of twenty feet onto private property. Currently,
the p.arlcing stall on the west side of your property does not extend onto private property. In
order to comply with City Code, this parking stall would have to be extended twenty feet onto
your property or eliminated.

You may apply to vary from City Code by applying for a "minor variance." I have enclosed an
appli,cation for a minor variance if you would prefer this option. If approved, your driveway
would be legal and no change oflocation would be necessary.

Sincc::rely,

~-It~

Baron H.
