Wilsey, being first duly sworn upon oath, says as follows: <br /> <br />1. I am the Vice President of Finance for Indianhead Truck Lines, Inc. <br /> <br />("Indianhead") and have been with the company for 27 years. I make this affidavit both upon <br /> <br />personal knowledge and upon infonnation gathered from discussions with other officers of <br /> <br />Indianhead. The other officers of Indianhead with whom I have discussed the use of the <br /> <br />Roseville property include my father, Lester A. Wilsey, Jr., who is Chairman ofIndianhead <br /> <br />and who has been with the company for 51 years, and my brothers Lester A. Wilsey, ill and <br /> <br />Robin A. Wilsey. Lester A. Wilsey, Ill, is the President of Indianhead and has been with the <br /> <br />company for 30 years. Robin A. Wilsey is the Vice President of Maintenance ofIndianhead <br /> <br />, <br />1 <br /> <br />and has been with the company for 24 years. <br /> <br />2. Indianhead has been operated as a family business since 1932, when it <br /> <br />was founded in Wisconsin by my grandfather, Lester A. Wilsey, as a sole proprietorship under <br /> <br />the name Wilsey Truck Co. It was renamed Indianhead in 1943 and began operating from <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />locations in St. Paul. It was incorporated in Minnesota in 1947. <br /> <br />. 3. Iitdianhead purchased the property at 1947 West County Road C in <br /> <br />Roseville (the "Property") in 1954. Office and repair facilities were constructed on the <br />Property at that time. I have attached a photograph of the site preparation work on the <br />Property taken on July 24, 1954 as Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />J <br />
