I <br /> <br /> <br />have attached as Exhibits 2,3 and 4 photographs of the Property taken on January 9, 1955 <br /> <br /> <br />depicting the early days ofIndianhead's operations at the Property. Currently, the Property is <br /> <br /> <br />owned by Regor, Inc., a related family-owned business which leases the Property to <br /> <br /> <br />Indianhead. <br /> <br />5. Indianhead at all times has used the Property as a parking lot for the <br />storage of semi-tractor trucks ("trucks") and semi-tractor trailers ("trailers"). I have attached <br />as Exhibits 5 and 6 photographs taken of the Property on October 29, 1958, which depict <br />various types of trailers parked on the Property. Exhibit 5 shows that the Property. was used <br />by Indianhead as a parking lot for tractors and trailers even prior to the construction of <br />Interstate 35W, which now runs between the Property and the Williams Pipeline facility <br />shown in the background on Exhibit 5. <br />6. Indianhead owns a number of trucks and trailers which it provides to <br />customers for the transfer of the customers' products. I have attached as Exhibit 7 a more <br />recent photograph dated July 1971 depicting various types of trailers parked on the Property. <br />Exhibit 7 shows where Interstate 35 has now been constructed. <br />7. At the customer's option, Indianhead may furnish a customer with <br />equipment and services ranging from a bare trailer to a full truck-trailer rig complete with <br />licensed driver. Indianhead has both regular customers for which it provides equipment (with <br />or without drivers) on a consistent, contract basis, and irregular customers who request <br /> <br />2 <br />
