These trailers weigh about 13,000 pounds and range in length from 48 to 53 <br /> <br />feet. <br /> <br />13. Indianhead has owned a variety offlatbed trailers over the years. These <br /> <br />trailers weigh about 12,000 pounds and range in length from 45 to 48 feet. <br /> <br />14. Indianhead has owned a variety of specialty trailers over the years. <br /> <br />Exhibits 19 through 23 depict various types of specialty trailers owned by Indianhead over the <br /> <br />years. These trailers have the same general specifications as the tank trailers, the freight <br /> <br />trailers, and the flatbed trailers. <br /> <br />15. Consistent with its inventory of equipment, Indianhead has primarily <br /> <br />been engaged in the business of transporting customers' fuel products. Customers rent <br /> <br />equipment (with or without drivers) from Indianhead to transport the customers' products <br /> <br />from place to place. For instance, Ashland Oil retained Indianhead to transfer gasoline from <br /> <br />its refinery in Sl Paul Park to gas stations located at Ashland's SuperAmerica stations around <br /> <br />the metropolitan area. <br /> <br />16. Indianhead does not own or sell products. Indianhead merely leases its <br />equipment (with or without drivers) to its customers.
