As required by the state. <br />1 enclose the Minnesota Dealer License Commercial Location Checklist which <br />requires the signature of zoning officials approving that the dealership is <br />permitted within the zoning district. <br /> <br />I am aware that Rosevi1le r.ezoned our property from an 1-2 to a B-4 back in <br />1986, but we are allowed to operate under the original 1-2 classification as <br />a Legal Noncomforming Use due to our grandfather rights. <br /> <br />State law requires us to have this license as we sell and lease more than <br />five motor vehicles each year. We were unaware of the necessity for this <br />license until recently, and we are now applying to the state in order to <br />conform with the law. <br /> <br />Please review the checklist, sign where indicated, aDd return the form to <br />my attention so may include it with our application to the state.
