Approve a Resolution Delegating Capitol Region Watershed District as the <br /> Local Government Unit (LGU) <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11164 (Attachment <br /> A) entitled, "A Resolution Regarding the Administration of the Minnesota Wet- <br /> land Conservation Act;" delegating Capitol Region Watershed District as the Lo- <br /> cal Government Unit (LGU) administering the Wetland Conservation Act(WCA) <br /> with the legal boundaries of the City of Roseville, in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Rules, Chapter 8420. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> e. Adopt a Resolution to Accept the Work Completed, Authorize Final Pay- <br /> ment and Commence the One-Year Warranty Period on the 2014 Sealcoat <br /> Project <br /> As a point of information, Mayor Roe noted that this project had come in over <br /> budget as detailed in the RCA, causing the need for staff to reduce the scope of <br /> the 2014 sealcoat project accordingly, not accomplishing as many miles as origi- <br /> nally intended with this maintenance effort. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded, Adoption of Resolution No. 11165 (Attach- <br /> ment A) entitled, "Final Contract Acceptance — 2014 Sealcoat Project;" initiating <br /> the one-year warranty and authorizing final payment of$11,583.28. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee; Willmus: Laliberte; Etten; Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 8.
