On Monday. June 23, 1997, the City Council approved your <br />request for a variance to reduce the front yard setback along Burke Avenue W to 11 feet <br />for the purpose of constructing an addition to a nonconforming single family residential <br />structure on the property, subject to three conditions. <br /> <br />A copy of the resolution granting the variance is attached for your information. This <br />resolution will be recorded against your property by the City.
