<br />May 17, 1999 <br /> <br />Don: <br /> <br />Tim Asplund, contractor (651.772.6854), will be in to apply for a permit to build an addition at 2125 No. <br />Hamline Ave (paul & Angela Dunn residence). <br />The Dunns received a Variance on 2.13.98 (see attached) for addition to non-conforming structure; <br />however, it appears to me that the plans/actions refer to just first floor addition with deck on top (they now <br />want to convert top area to bedroom with 6' deck)....PLANNING FILE 2913.... <br /> <br />Spoke with Dennis - he suggested Asplund come in with schematic when he applies for building permit - <br />we will then review with planning fIle to determine what needs to be done.... (probably not have to go for <br />another new variance - but need to make sure they comply with restrictions/conditions set out by <br />council).. .. <br /> <br />Pat <br />
