Informed property owners of the program (and advised them of typical violations so they can self- inspect and obtain a higher rating). Implemented the program: currently scheduling inspections, performing inspections, documenting outcomes, mailing results, processing fees and creating reports. Coordinating with Fire Inspectors. This provides a benefit to those buildings with 373 Units higher ratings. 4 Buildings B Majority of laundry and mechanical rooms have had Total Number of Inspections: 11 Buildings C maintenance issues. 438 Property maintenance tends to focus on work orders 11 Buildings - D rather than preventive maintenance. City inspector has found maintenance issues that property maintenance have overlooked.
