<br /> <br />REQUESTFORCOUNC~AcnON <br />DATE: OS/27/97 <br />ITEM NO: C-l <br />. ~A~proved: Agenda Section: <br />~ CONSENT <br />Daniel and Christine Westlund request f(jr a minor subdivision to <br />transfer property from 3092 Fairview Avenue to 3080 Fairview <br />Avenue (PF#2916). <br /> <br /> <br />~ REQUESTEDACnON <br /> <br />1.1 Daniel and Christine Westlund are requesting a minor subdivision to transfer a 39 <br />foot wide by 222.60 foot deep parcel from 3092 Fairview Avenue to 3080 Fairview <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />2Jl BACKGROUND <br /> <br />2.1 Daniel and Christine Westlund own the property located at 3092 Fairview Avenue <br />and the property at 3080 Fairview Avenue. Both of the properties are zoned R-1 <br />Single Family Residential and all adjacent land uses are single family residential. <br /> <br />2.2 Mr. and Mrs. Westlund are requesting a minor subdivision to allow the division of <br />one recorded lot (3092 Fairview Avenue) in order to permit the adding of the parcel <br />to an abutting lot (3080 Fairview Avenue). A sketch plan of the recombination as <br />well as current and new legal descriptions for both parcels have been submitted in <br />conjunction with the request. The two resulting parcels will meet the minimum <br />width, depth, and lot area for parcels in an R-1 zoning district.
