MN <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Westlund: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at their regular meeting of May 27, 1997, unanimously <br />approved your request for a Minor Subdivision to allow the division of of one recorded <br />lot (3092 Fairview Avenue) in order to permit the adding of the parcel to an abutting lot <br />(3080 Fairview Avenue). <br /> <br />However, I would like to remind you that, under Section 11 04.04B of the City Code (a <br />copy of which is attached), a Certificate of Survey of the recombination must be . <br />approved, within 30 days after May 27th, by the City Manager and Community <br />Development Director and then recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder within 60 <br />days or less after approval by the Manager and Community Development Director.
