MEMORANDUM TO: Ramsey County Recorder Kim Lee, Roseville City Planner ~ FROM: DA TE: June 18, 1997 SU8J: Subdivision of Property at 3080 and 3092 Fairview Avenue N, Roseville The purpose of this memo is to verify in writing that the attached subdivision of land within the City of Roseville has been approved. On May 27, 1997, the Roseville City Council approved a minor subdivision to allow the transfer of a 39 foot wide by 222.60 foot deep parcel from 3092 Fairview Avenue N to 3080 Fairview Avenue N. Section 1104.048, Roseville City Code, outlines the procedure for a recombination type of minor subdivision: "To divide one recorded lot or parcel in order to permit the adding of a parcel of land to an abutting lot and create two (2) buildable parcels, the proposed subdivision, in sketch plan form, shall be submitted to the City Council for approval. No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary unless the proposal is referred to the commission by the Community Development Director for clarification. The proposed recombination shall not cause any portion of the existing lots or parcels to be in violation of this regulation or the zoning code. Within thirty (30) days after approval by the City Council, the applicant shall supply a certificate of sUNey to the Community Development Director and City Manager for review and approval. After completion of the review and approval by the Community Development Director and City Manager, the survey shall be recorded by the applicant with the Ramsey County Recorder within sixty (60) days after approval by the City Manager." The attached certificate of survey conforms to the minor subdivision approved by the City Council and may be recorded by the owners of the property, 'Daniel and Christine Westlund.
