<br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Ramsey County Recorder <br />Kim Lee, Roseville City Planner ~ <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />DA TE: <br /> <br />June 18, 1997 <br /> <br />SU8J: <br /> <br />Subdivision of Property at 3080 and 3092 Fairview Avenue N, Roseville <br /> <br />The purpose of this memo is to verify in writing that the attached subdivision of land within <br />the City of Roseville has been approved. On May 27, 1997, the Roseville City Council <br />approved a minor subdivision to allow the transfer of a 39 foot wide by 222.60 foot deep <br />parcel from 3092 Fairview Avenue N to 3080 Fairview Avenue N. <br /> <br />Section 1104.048, Roseville City Code, outlines the procedure for a recombination type <br />of minor subdivision: <br /> <br />"To divide one recorded lot or parcel in order to permit the adding of a parcel <br />of land to an abutting lot and create two (2) buildable parcels, the proposed <br />subdivision, in sketch plan form, shall be submitted to the City Council for <br />approval. No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary unless <br />the proposal is referred to the commission by the Community Development <br />Director for clarification. The proposed recombination shall not cause any <br />portion of the existing lots or parcels to be in violation of this regulation or the <br />zoning code. Within thirty (30) days after approval by the City Council, the <br />applicant shall supply a certificate of sUNey to the Community Development <br />Director and City Manager for review and approval. After completion of the <br />review and approval by the Community Development Director and City <br />Manager, the survey shall be recorded by the applicant with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder within sixty (60) days after approval by the City Manager." <br /> <br />The attached certificate of survey conforms to the minor subdivision approved by the City <br />Council and may be recorded by the owners of the property, 'Daniel and Christine <br />Westlund.
