JJl STAFF COMMENT/RECOMMENDATION 3.1 Requests were received from all property owners in accordance with City policy. All requests included an application form, sketch of the driveway, and written approval from the adjacent property owner affected by the variance. 3.2 Staff recommends approval ofthe blanket variances based on the following findings: 1. The existing setback from the adjacent property line will not be reduced for any of the properties listed. 2. The width of the driveway will not exceed 26 feet at the property line for any of the properties listed. 3. The proposed blanket variances are in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning). 4. The blanket variances, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, safety, or general welfare. 4J1 SUGGESTED ACTION 4.1 By motion, approve the following blanket variances based on the findings outlined in 3.2. 1. Willard Guse, 321 North McCarrons Boulevard W, to reduce the driveway setback to zero feet along the east property line for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code. 2. Richard Hill, 226 North McCarrons Boulevard W, to reduce the driveway setback to zero feet along the east property line for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code. 3. Peter Jamma, 386 North McCarrons Boulevard W, to reduce the driveway setback to zero feet along the east property line for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance with Section 703.048, City Code.
