<br />2.3 Robert Skundberg is requesting a variance from Section 1004.02D, City Code, to <br />reduce the minimum lot area and to reduce the minimum lot width for the purpose <br />of purpose of splitting a through lot into two parcels at 1742 Alta Vista Drive. During <br />the review process, staff was made aware of several problems with the site, <br />including the extension of utilities, obtaining access on Dale Street, and the <br />placement of approximately 50 feet on fill on the eastern portion of the lot when <br />Dale Street was realigned. <br /> <br />JJ1 SUGGESTED ACTION <br /> <br />3.1 By resolution, extend the time line for agency review of the application of Vision <br />World, Inc. for a variance from Section 1009.09 to allow the placement of a second <br />ground sign on a corner lot for a tenant of the building at 2277 Highway 36 W, for <br />60 days, from August 18, 1997, to October 17, 1997. <br /> <br />3.2 By resolution, extend the time line for agency review of the application of Stuart <br />Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars for a variance from Section 1016.16A to reduce <br />the setback from the ordinary high water level (OHWL) of Lake Josephine for the <br />purpose of replacing a detached accessory structure with an addition to the existing <br />single family dwelling at 1199 Josephine Road, for 60 days, from August 18, 1997, <br />to October 17, 1997. <br /> <br />3.3 By resolution, extend the time line for agency review of the application of Robert <br />Skundberg for a variance from Section 1004.02D, City Code, to reduce the <br />minimum lot area and to reduce the minimum lot width for the purpose of purpose <br />of splitting a through lot into two parcels at 1742 Alta Vista Drive, for 60 days, from <br />August 18, 1997, to October 17, 1997. <br /> <br />Attachments: Resolutions <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
