It is my hope that the case be
slated for Council action of approval or denial without subsequent delay due to a continuance.

I am basing this request on the fact that the CUP was recommended for approval by the Roseville
Planning Commission at the July 9, 1997 Planning Commission Meeting. At this point in the process I
have not been officially notified of any issues or rationale for the delays and it is my understanding that
the original filing is both complete and legitimate in content.

If this is not true, please acquaint me with any further submittals you require to complete the package and
forward it to the Council for action. Should I not receive a written response, I will assume the package is
complete and ready for Council action at the August 25, 1997 City Council Meeting.

John Hollenbeck
US West Site Administrator
(612) 642-6288

CC: Mr. Steve Sarkozy, City Manager, Roseville
Mr. Steve Mangold, Real Estate Manager, US West
