This is being recommended to prevent the need for staff to come back before 43 Council, and allow for the property to be mowed on a regular weekly basis since there is no one 44 responsible for the property at this time. 45 RCA EQUESTED OUNCIL CTION 46 Direct Community Development staff to abate the public nuisance violation at 1175-1177 County Road 47 B by hiring general contractors to re-secure various trim boards, repaint any deteriorating trim boards 48 and doors on the front of the house, remove rank vegetation, have grass cut weekly, remove and dispose 49 of garbage, and, remove garbage weekly (until the property is out of the redemption period in 50 December of 2014). 51 The property owner is then to be billed for actual and administrative costs.
