2 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />1 <br />indemnifies, saves and holds harmless the State of Minnesota and its agents and employees of <br />2 <br />and from claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising out of or by reason of awarding <br />3 <br />the contract prior to receipt of State Aid approval in accordance with Minnesota Rules <br />4 <br />8820.2800 and further agrees to defend at their sole cost and expense any action or proceeding <br />5 <br />commenced for the purpose of asserting any claim arising as a result of the granting of this <br />6 <br />variance. <br />7 <br />8 <br />The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />9 <br />following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following voted against: <br />10 <br />11 <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />12 <br />
