The home is on a oversized residential lot which contains about 40,000 <br />square feet.ofland. Mr. Oren has given some thought to the possible merit of creating two <br />lots out of the one, to allow for another residence at that location. <br /> <br />We have requested of Keith Wieticki, Chairman of the Planning Commission, that we have an <br />opportunity to present this proposal to the Planning Commission for initial review and com- <br />ment, at the meeting to be held on August 13, 1997. Mr. Wieticki responded that he was <br />open to having the matter placed on the agenda for that meeting, and suggested that we write <br />to you to specifically request that this proposal be placed on the agenda for that meeting as a <br />discussion item. We hereby make that request. Please confirm to us, in due course, that this <br />matter has been added to the agenda for the meeting of August 13th. <br /> <br />We discussed this proposal with Kim Lee of your staff in recent weeks, and she has a Lc...5~ fil~ <br />which identifies the property and includes a drawing of a possible division of the lot.
