The existing setback from the north property line was not be reduced.

2. The width of the driveway does not exceed 26 feet at the property line.

3. The proposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of
the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning).

4. The variance, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, safety, or
general welfare.

~ SUGGESTEDACnON

4.1 By motion, approve Erik Corbett's request for a minor variance to reduce the
driveway setback to two feet along the north property line for the purpose of bringing
a recently replaced driveway into compliance with Section 703.048, City, based on
the findings of the Minor Variance Committee outlined in section 3.2 of this report.

Attachments: Property location map; minor variance application; written statement from applicant; written
consent from adjacent property owners; sketch of property; photographs of property.

60-day Time Limit: Application accepted on July 30, 1997; Decision deadline is September 29, 1997.

Prepared by: Kim L.
