The retail businesses constructed are a permitted use within the <br />zoning district. <br /> <br />2. The 30,000 square foot Golf Galaxy and Schmidt Music retail store built on the <br />Premises are in compliance with the above classification and zoning code including <br />building height and density requirements. <br /> <br />3. There are no variances, conditional use permits or special use permits required for <br />the retail business use of the above Premises. <br />
