Nelson) and the shopping center property to the south (partnership including <br />Irving Margolis and Teddy Wong). <br /> <br />These reciprocal, perpetual easements across the two parcels were required in order to <br />provide the required proof of parking for the Outback Steakhouse when it opened in the <br />shopping center. The amended easement, as proposed in your letter of July 24, 1997, is <br />an acceptable option. Once the amended easement is finalized, it must be recorded and <br />a copy submitted to the City. The City must also be given notice if either party initiates <br />termination of the agreement after the tenth anniversary date of the original agreement. <br />Be advised that the termination of the agreement may affect the amount of off-street <br />parking required by the City for existing uses on either property. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to call me at <br />612.490.2236. <br /> <br />Since ely, <br /> <br />tm ,jJet <br /> <br />K L.
