The results of the drainage analysis <br />are presented below. <br /> <br />I. Water Quantity. The proposed basin will provide detention to match the existing <br />conditions for a 1-year design storm and restrict the 1 OO-year design storm to the <br />existing 1 O-year design storm. The building has been raised two feet from the <br />original submittal package. The orifice on the outlet structure has been reduced <br />to utilize the additional pond storage. With the additional "bounce," the proposed <br />runoff rates have decreased.
