Water Quality, The proposed basin is designed to the following standards. <br /> <br />A. The permanent pool volume is 0.44 ac-ft which is 0.02 ac-ft more than <br />what would be generated by a 2-1/2" rain event. <br /> <br />B. The outlet structure will provide skimming. <br /> <br />C.
