<br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission passed a resolution finding that the creation of Tax <br />Increment Financing District 15 is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. City staff recommends that the City Council continue the public hearing until <br />March 24, 1997 to allow for the neighborhood meeting and further staff analysis. <br /> <br />Council Action Suggested: <br /> <br />1.
