Due to the reconfiguration of a proposed new building, <br />it was necessary to relocate an existing sanitary sewer main that crosses the lot in question. <br />Community Development is processing a vacation of the existing easement and acceptance of this <br />easement. The vacation portion goes to Planning Commission on September 10, 1997, with final <br />approval anticipated for the Council meeting on September 22, 1997. <br /> <br />Upon final approval by the Council, please sign the easement and have the mayor sign the <br />easement and affix the City's corporate seal to the documents. Please return all four copies for <br />appropriate distribution upon completion. <br />
