This is the substitute for the platted Drainage and Utility Easement which, I <br />believe, was vacated at the City Council Meeting last night. <br /> <br />The enclosed are to replace four copies of a Utility Easement delivered to you yesterday by Jim <br />Zahn of our company. That Utility Easement was for sanitary sewer purposes only and it is my <br />understanding the City wants the easement to be for drainage and utility purposes. <br /> <br />Once the Drainage and Utility Easement has been executed on behalf of the City, please return <br />three fully executed originals to me. I will arrange for an original to be filed with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder.
