Petition for Vacation of the 20 foot Drainage and Utility Easement between Lot 2, <br />Block 3, Centre Pointe Business Park and the remainder of Lot 1, Block 3, Centre <br />Pointe Business Park after it was divided from the existing Builders Association <br />project. <br /> <br />2. Copy of a Petition for Acceptance of a new Utility Easement to be granted for the <br />sanitary sewer line now existing in the easement area being vacated through item <br />no. 1 above. <br /> <br />3. Copy of a proposed form of Utility Easement to be executed by Ryan, providing <br />the City with a new easement area for the sanitary sewer line being constructed in <br />connection with this project. <br /> <br />4.
