On Monday, <br />September 8, 1997, the City Council approved your request for a minor subdivision to <br />subdivide the 6.39 acre parcel into two parcels - a one acre parcel and a 5+ acre parcel. <br /> <br />The survey that was submitted to my office by Stansky and Associates, Inc. (dated <br />November 25, 1997) conforms to the minor subdivision approved by the City and may be <br />recorded. The enclosed memo to the Ramsey County Recorder should be submitted in <br />conjunction with the document(s) to be recorded. <br /> <br />As we discussed on the telephone, a deferred assessment in the amount of $1 ,715.63 is <br />due prior to recording the lot split. The attached roadway easement should also be <br />completed and recorded in conjunction with the lot split. You indicated that a means of <br />access for the one acre parcel over the larger parcel Will be retained in order to <br />accommodate the existing driveway.
