On September 8, 1997, the Roseville City <br />Council approved a minor subdivision to allow the subdivision of a 6.39 acre parcel at 3010 <br />Cleveland Avenue into two parcels. This minor subdivision was granted in accordance with <br />Section 11 04.04E of the City Code <br /> <br />The attached survey, dated November 25, 1997, conforms to the minor subdivision <br />approved by the City and may be recorded by the owner of the property (Frieda Schulze) <br />or her representative. Since the approval included the dedication of an additional 16.5 feet <br />roadway for Cleveland Avenue, a separate roadway easement document should be <br />recorded in conjunction with the lot split. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 490.2236. <br /> <br />cc: Robert J.
