<br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 3.1 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the request for rezoning of the west .54 acre of the parcel located at <br />2075 Snelling Avenue North from B3, General Business, to R3A, Three to Twenty- <br />Four Family Residential, contingent upon the comprehensive plan designation being <br />changed to HR, High Density Residential. <br /> <br />5.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 By motion, recommend approval of the request for rezoning of west .54 acre of the <br />parcel located at 2075 Snelling Avenue North from B3, General Business, to R3A, <br />Three to Twenty-Four Family Residential, contingent upon the comprehensive plan <br />designation being changed to HR, High Density Residential, and based on the <br />findings in Section 3.1. <br /> <br />5.2 The Planning Commission's recommended action will be forwarded to the City <br />Council for final action on Monday, January 26, 1998. <br /> <br />Attachments: location map; notification map; notice of public hearing; proposed rezoning. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: application for comprehensive plan amendment/rezoning accepted as complete on <br />November 13, 1997; decision deadline is March 12,1998 (extended by City Council on 12/08/97). <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
