As <br />a proposed tenant of Bradley, the following are my comments on the discussion about limiting our <br />hours of operation. <br /> <br />Our requested hours of operation appear to be consistent with other businesses operating in the <br />area. Some examples are: <br /> <br />24 hours-Rainbow, Super America County B & Lexington <br /> <br />1:00 AM-Papa Johns Fr & Sat (Su- Th 11-11), Roseville Theater last movie showings starting <br />after 9:30, <br />Old Mexico bar only till I AM, Patrick's Lounge (listed in the phone book as Patrick's), <br />Ted's Liquor 11. Bar (listed as Ted's Recreation in the phone book) <br /> <br />Midnight-Blockbuster, Subway Fri. & Sat (Sun-ThW'S. 10:30) <br /> <br />In the words of the one of the citizen's voicing opposition, after speaking with the <br />police.. .Nothing (intent meaning problems) in the community is directly atttibutable to Taco <br />Bell." After an internal review, I agree with that comment. I can ten you that our incidents of <br />vandalism / graffiti have been limited to two at the Snelling and Rice Street locations in the time <br />that Border Foods has owned the restaurants (approximately I &. ~ years).
