Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Code of the City of Roseville, Planned Unit Development 1199, for property generally <br />located at the northwest intersection of Larpenteur Avenue and Lexington Avenue, <br />known as Taco Bell, is herein amended (from limiting signage of 40 square feet) to allow <br />the following: <br /> <br />Taco Bell, a Border Foods restaurant, an additional 20 square feet of signage on the <br />north building far;ade. <br /> <br />The Taco Bell is located on property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Roseville <br />Center, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 152923440068). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall take <br />effect upon passage by the City Council and publication. <br /> <br />Passed this 12th day of March 2001. <br />
