<br />5.0 STAFF RECOMMENDA TION <br /> <br />5.1 Based on the findings outlined in Section 4.1 of this report, staff recommends <br />approval of the final plat, approval of the final development plan, rezoning of the <br />property to PUD, and approval of the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />6.1. It is the policy of the City to accept public comment as time permits. <br /> <br />6.2 By motion, approve the final plat for Roseville Center, a three lot subdivision at the <br />intersection of Lexington Avenue North and Larpenteur Avenue West. <br /> <br />6.3 By motion, approve the final development plan for a planned unit development on <br />the above-referenced property (Roseville Center). <br /> <br />6.4 By ordinance, rezone the property from a SC, Shopping Center, and B1, Limited <br />Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development District. <br /> <br />6.5 By motion, approve the Planned Unit Development/Subdivision Agreement for the <br />project and authorize execution of the document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Attachments: ordinance rezoning property; cross-sections of corner of Lexington and Larpenteur; side-by-side <br />comparison of existing and proposed pylon signs; letter from Barb Schneider (Border Foods, Inc.) regarding <br />Taco Bell hours of operation; location map; notification map; notice of public hearing; and draft planned unit <br />development/subdivision agreement with attached exhibits. <br /> <br />60-clay Time Limit: application finalized and accepted as complete on November 10, 1997; tentative decision <br />deadline is March 9, 1998 (Bradley Real Estate waived its right to 60 day review on November 11, 1997). <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
