<br />VACATION OF PART OF TERRACE DRIVE <br /> <br />Vacation of that part of Terrace Drive lying Westerly and Northwesterly of the following described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest comer of Lot 5, Block 6, Kroiss Lakeview 2nd Addition, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; thence Northerly along the West lot line of said Lot 5 a distance of 85.32 feet; thence Westerly and <br />perpendicular to said West lot line a distance of 60.0 feet to the point of beginning of said line, said point also <br />being a point on the East lot line of Lot 19, Block 5, of said Kroiss Lakeview 2nd Addition; thence Northerly <br />and Northeasterly along a radius that runs perpendicular with and measuring 60.0 feet in length :trom said Lot <br />5 to the Southwest comer of Lot 16 of said Block 5 and there terminating. <br />
