<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1012.10(A) <br />OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS ON <br />EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURES AND TOWERS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 1012.10 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1012.10 Tower and Other Structure Height and Placement Limitations <br /> <br />12. Exception: Antennas attached to, but not above, the exterior walls of buildings as <br />an integral part of the architecture shall be a permitted use in all B Business and <br />I Industrial Districts.
