On December 8,1997, the Roseville City Council <br />approved a minor subdivision to allow the subdivision of a 3.6 acre parcel at 953 Millwood <br />Avenue West into two parcels. This minor subdivision was granted in accordance with <br />Section 1104.04E of the City Code <br /> <br />The attached survey, dated August 29,1997, conforms to the minor subdivision approved <br />by the City and may be recorded by Erik Erikstrup of First Trust National Association, <br />Personal Representative for the Catharina Postema Estate, or his representative.
