<br />2.4 Section 11 04.04E, City Code, outlines the procedure for a three parcel or less type <br />of minor subdivision. No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary; <br />however, a public hearing before the City Council with prior notification of all <br />properties within 350 feet of the subject property is required.
