<br />2.4 Section 11 04.04E, City Code, outlines the procedure for a three parcel or less type <br />of minor subdivision. No hearing or Planning Commission review is necessary; <br />however, a public hearing before the City Council with prior notification of all <br />properties within 350 feet of the subject property is required. If the request is <br />approved, the final certificate of survey is reviewed by the Community Development <br />Director and then recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTEDACnON <br /> <br />3.1 By motion, approve First Trust's request for a minor subdivision to subdivide a 3.6 <br />acre tax parcel into two parcels at 953 Millwood Avenue West. <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; notification map; public hearing notice; proposed subdivision of property; <br />legal descriptions of existing and proposed parcels. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: Application submitted on November 19, 1997; Decision deadline is January 16, 1997. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
