The study
was designed to .provide information concerning potential
environmental liability associated with past or present land use
practices which could impact site soils and/or ground water. The
assessment also included a walkthrough asbestos inspection. This
letter describes the methods used to conduct the study,
summarizes the study findings, and discusses the environmental
significance of these findings.

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

METHODS OF INVESTIGATION

Distinct investigative tasks were assembled for this assessment
which focus on specific information or concerns. Each task
utilizes information gathered in previous tasks to better focus
subsequent portions of the investigation. A structured
investigative program eliminates unnecessary and/or duplicated
effort, which in turn speeds report preparation and limits
overall project cost.

Due to project time and budget constraints, the environmental
assessment conducted at the Property was limited to four tasks:

1) Existing Data Review,
2) site Inspection,
3) Walkthrough Asbestos Inspection, and
4) Data Analysis and Report Preparation.

The methods utilized to perform each of these tasks are described
below.
