The walkthrough asbestos inspection identified seven possible
asbestos containing materials in the building. Two of these
materials were found to be damaged. Based on these findings, it
is Northern Environmental's opinion that a more comprehensive
asbestos inspection should be completed on the building. The
results of this inspection will allow an asbestos remediation
plan and cost estimates to be prepared.

Lastly, inactive or abandoned water wells can become conduits for
vertical migration of contaminants and should, therefore, be
properly sealed when no longer in use.

The results of this study are based upon professional
interpretation of the information available to Northern
Environmental given the time and budget restraints of this
project. Northern Environmental has assumed that the information
provided by the cited references is complete and correct.
Northern Environmental does not warrant that this report
represents an exhaustive study of all possible environmental
impacts. However, the items investigated as part of this study
do represent the most likely sources of environmental impacts,
and are consequently believed to adequately address potential
impacts to soil and ground water at the site.

We trust this information meets your needs.
