8. Prior to a building permit being issued for redevelopment of the site, the applicant shall post a landscape bond, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the City, in an amount equal to 150% of the cost of site landscaping, street tree planting, and site restoration. The specific amount of this security shall be determined by the Community Development Director following completion of all site construction plans. 9. The water and sewer lines for the existing building must be disconnected upon completion of the new building and demolition of the existing building. 10. The applicant shall record the approved conditional use permit with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building permit or within sixty days of approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01G of the City Code). 11. The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved development (Section 1013.03 of the City Code).
